I have a kenmoore gas hot water heater. I bought in 2006. 3 weeks ago I lost all my hot water. At first I tried changing the temp from low to medium and that seemed to do it for a short time. I paid a plumber to replace the burner /cupling piece and now the pilot light won't stay lite. It will burn out after about 15 minutes. I have warm water, but even if I turn it all the way up to high it won't get hot.
