Hi. I NEED help! I had sex with two guys in a matter of a week apart. I'm not sure when exactly my last period was.. I had it in my phone as Jan. 9th 2013 that I was suppose to start. I can't remember if I did or not. I've been dating this guy for 4 years now(guy #1), and haven't gotten pregnant. I had sex with guy #1 a couple days before guy #2 and a week after guy#2. I had sex with guy #2 jan. 26th and 27th. Who's the father!!
Unfortunately, with dates that close, it's impossible to tell who the father is without a DNA test after the birth of the baby.

It's definitely the one you had sex with.
It's definitely one of the two, but it is impossible to tell with you having sex with two partners so close togther. Now, if it were a month difference we might be able to help, but with only a week between the two encounters there is no way to tell without DNA.

Conception dates are give or take one to two weeks, so it could easily be either of them, prior sex makes no difference, just lucky not to be before.
So you will have to do DNA test after child is born,

When the baby is born.
How soon after the baby is born? What do I do about the birth certificate?

You will have to get DNA from the two guys too, to match up one of them with the baby's DNA. And this can be done soon after birth. No father has to be listed on the birth certificate; that can be left blank.

And then the name can be added later right?

There are only 2 ways to tell. Before the fact not being with more than 1 guy. After the fact a DNA test.
