Dear Sir:
I am in the country on a old septic tank system. The toilet and shower are side by side and neither are draining vey well, eventually the drains do drain.
While plunging the toilet water came out of the lock down bolts that hold the toilet to the floor - so I am thinking my problem in between the toilet and septic tank.
Wondering do I need to remove my toilet from the floor to use a electric snake, assuming this is what you recommend.
THANK YOU for your time
