Ok I want to join the national guard but I have a 3rd degree or 2nd degree assault on my record and I'm currently on probation and I really want to join can I join and how?

From the link go down to where is says Disqualifiers and click on that. This opens a new screen that lets you see all the disqualifiers that will prevent you from joining.

You should talk to an Army Recruiter and explain your situation and he or she will be able to answer your question and tell you if you are eligible to join or not and what you will need to do to become eligible, if you are not eligible to join right now.
