Hi,

I would like to ask about two things:

1. Recently I have opened bank account for which I will be charged more than 40 euro per year, this year free of charge. I have asked for other options as I know that my local friends have bank account in la Caixa and they do not pay at all. Lady from the bank office told me that I pay but I will have free of charge money transfers and even one international transfer per month. Well today I have initiated international transfer and I see there was 4 euro fee added... Why is that and for what I pay then?

2. I am using Internet for few days now and no one told me there is an option to register to get TV or Tablet and the fact is that my salary just was transferred to account for first time so can I still participate in this ? The survey is not available in English ao I would need help :)

Nómina | General | ”la Caixa” (http://portal.lacaixa.es/general/productonomina_es.html?loce=homepart-1-terrat-haztecliente-nomina-televisor)

Looking forward to hearing form you.

The people to ask about bank charges are the people at the bank - "We" can guess, but what's the point in that?

Can you still participate in what? Again, call the provider.
