Hi all,

We bought a Noma portable air conditioner on kijiji yesterday. It's in great shape, and it was a great price, but the previous owner didn't have the manual, so we're a bit lost figuring it out.

My husband looked online to find a manual, but found nothing.

Does anyone have any tips on how to find the manual for this model?

It's a portable Noma air conditioner and de-humidifier, Product #43-5432-0, Model #NF100.

I'd greatly appreciate any help you all can offer.

I did not find a manual but have used similar units. What is your question? Back hose vents out window with an adapter plate, plugs in , set temp or manual. Should operate off a standard 120VAC outlet.

Hubby has figured out how to operate. His questions are:

1.There's a drain hose for "heating and de-humidification", and also a separate drain pan. Is he supposed to take the drain hose, so it syphons into the drain pan?

2. How does he change the remote from Fahrenheit to celsius?

Some vent the water directly outside through the main air vent, some have a drip pan. Make sure the water is collected if you see a drip pan. There is a need to vent the heat outside. C to F. Look for a "mode" or "settings " button. Otherwise, just search Google for "Centigrade conversion"
