My friend had her period at like the 1st of June an it stopped the 7th a period calendar told her that her ovulation days were the 13-17th of June and her period should start the 29th of June. She had unprotected sex on the 23rd can her period be delayed and start after the 29th? She really needs to know because her boyfriend is 100% sure he didn't pre ejaculate or ejaculate in her at all. So she's kind of scared because she can't buy a pregnancy test. So can anyone help?

There is no way to know until next month. She will need to see if she gets her period then.

Stress and worry can definitely affect her cycle. She isn't even late for this period, yet. But she may be if she doesn't calm down.

It is way too soon to test at this point. It has only been five days since she had sex. Biologically, IF sperm and egg did meet, the fertilized egg would be at the stage of implanting on the uterus wall.

It could also be flushed with her period. That is one reason why it is advised to wait until after a missed period to test.

By the way, her boyfriend would probably not know if pre-ejaculate came out or not. Unlike ejaculate which is forced out of the body, it seeps out to lubricate the penis. During intercourse it would be easy to not notice with so many other sensations going on. It may or may not contain sperm, but relying on it to be sperm-free is not advisable because it only takes one to fertilize an egg.

Why can your friend not buy an at home pregnancy test?

If she is this paranoid about pregnancy, why isn't she using birth control?
