For about a week now my mouth and tongue has been acting strange. First my lip went numb for the day, then I've been getting bad breathe. My tongue feels like burnt it. Every thing taste funny. And today I got little bumps on the side of my tongue. Its all very annoying what could it be and how do I stop it?

Part of what you describe sounds like a filling fell out or a tooth broke partially, and you have a smelly cavity, and possibly food stuck in there or around your gum, but it's impossible to guess accurately.

My teeth look fine. Om 21. They only hurt when I brush them. I brush them a lot too. The spots are like kanker sores almostlittle aabout 4 on each side of my tongue .

And what did your doctor say when you saw him/her about this?

Teeth are not supposed to hurt when you brush them (or any time, if healthy).
How are your gums? Pink or red? Hurt when you press them?
