Sir, tell me, If we are going to USA for job then we must pay BTA(Basic Travelling Allowns) payment before collecting visa.

A SCAM, pure and simple.
There is NO requirement for this.

There is no such thing, it is a old and famous scam, there is no job, if they are asking for this.
