I play defence with a long-pole. Really I play long-stick-middie. My question is what type of head do I buy, and what is a good pocket( i.e. how many shooting strings, pocket strings, mesh)?

I used to play defense and I won a razor 2.0 pro with a rocket pocket at a camp I was at. This is the best way to get a stick strung and the best head for any position. If you don't like the razor 2.0 pro I would get a mojo
