I died my to like a dark brown with a red tinge to it... I want to get to a light brown
What's the best way to do this?

Few people have said to strip this colour out with colour b4'
And also wash my hairwith head and shoulders to drag the dark shades out so I can then put a light brown on it.
As my natural hair colour is ginger.
