So I'm on felony probation for assault with a deadly weapon and I'm doing a realingnment which is half in and half out, 90 days w. Half in, and 90 days on work release. So Ive done the time in already and I've got 48 days left of w.r if I leave the state to a non extradition state I know I'm going to get a warrant but do you think they'll make it a point to come get me? Or are they just going to issue me a warrant?

Yes.. that warrant will last forever... and when they get you... it doesn't matter how much time you have left... the clock resets to the day before you got probation... and you go back inside to start that portion all over again.
Now leave the state and they will issue a Fugative warrant out on you... and you can be picked up an held in another stae WHILE they discuss extradition. And that can be weeks or months.
Get stopped for a burned out tail light or any other checkpoint and they have you.
Get a lawyer... negotiate turning yourself in... and get this behind you now... its not going to go away.
