I have been seeing shadows around me for a long time, maybe forever. But they have just started to really bother me. First I dismissed it as my Imagination because I got some small mental issues (at least that is what my doctor/psychologist says). But even now when I am on my medicine I see the shadows in my corner of the eyes or in my reflection. Not just in mirrors but everywhere I can see my reflection. I see a outline of a shadow, different from each reflection, I can always tell if it is a girl or boy, old or not. They are there every time I look in my reflection. Except in my second bathroom. Always felt safe there, but no anywhere else. Even when I am with others I see them. I sometimes have them in my dreams, watching me and some times actually murder me. (I like the ones where they murder me)
Am I just going crazy or is it something else?
I know my mother sees ghost an I can something's too, but these don't feel like a ghost. And I can't seems to talk to my mother about it.
Help?

You need to discuss this further with your doctor... perhaps mild adjustments to your meds will take care of this.

Assuming these "shadows" you see are not the normal ones cast by a strong light source.

How old are you? It's disturbing to me that you like the idea of being murdered. You do need to bring this up to somebody however... whether it be your mother or a doctor. It is possible that the church could help with this matter, but being that you have issues or handicaps, somebody else needs to aware of what is going on. This isn't something you should try to handle yourself.

It sounds as easy as that. But my medicine is not for that. Even when I don't take my medicine, I still see the shadows, the medicine make my head clearer and stop unwanted toughs. I haven't found anything that helps yet. These shadows aren't made by light, they can move and often have a shape of a human.

I am 18. It not that I like or want to be murdered, but I have learned that I rather be killed and wake up or start a new scenario, than they make me do hings, force me to watch when they kill friends of family or when they slowly torture me to insanity. Have tried the church, they couldn't. I have issues but never had issues with shadows before some years ago. My doctor knows everything I see, he is at a loss at what to do.
I'm stuck with them

I am not a fond of scary movies, not that I am easily scared, but I think every one in a movie do stupid things and react stupid.

Well, if your doctor is at a loss, it couldn't hurt to speak with a pastor.

The human imagination can be a powerful thing, as can the power of suggestion to some people (hypnosis) but not for others (who can't be hypnotized) as an example, maybe see a different doctor... some people get better results with some doctors than others... even among the same pool of doctors.

There is probably a medical reason you are seeing these... and it can probably be treated once they find out why.

I could try to switch doctor, but I really like the one I got now, have switched doctor 8 or 9 times already.
