I got my nose pierced a month ago, I haven't noticed this bump until about a week ago. There is NO redness or discharge from the piercing. Should I be concerned or is this just scarring? How can I treat this? Thank you in advance.

No concern if it isn't inflamed, but it's impossible to know what it is (keloid is a kind of scarring in sensitive people - I still have bumps from stitches removed 50 years ago). Depending on how tough it is, you can possibly have it abraded off (sanded), but you need to be seen in person by a specialist in this area.
