Really depends on your location, Social Services, but you CANNOT put yourself up for adoption.

No you cannot put yourself up for adoption. What do they hit you with, and why?

You can report the mistreatment to an authority person - the Police, a guidance or school counselor, a clergyman, a trusted adult.

If what you say is true you won't be adopted - you will be placed in foster care.

Ask your parents. Explain why you want to. If that does not get their attention then seek help from your school church or yes... social services.

Seriously? The child is being physically abused and you suggest she antagonize them further by asking to be adopted out?

No you cannot put yourself up for adoption. ...

Actually "putting up for adoption" is not an accurate depiction of how adoption works. While a parent may agree to an adoption, the moving person in a court adoption petition is normally the would-be adoptive parent. So OP could find someone willing to adopt him/her, and if OP's present parents were to agree, it could, in theory, happen.

"Ask your parents. Explain why you want to. If that does not get their attention then seek help from your school church or yes... social services."

If this child is to be believed (and why not - ?) the parents are physically abusing him/her to the extent that he/she wants to be "adopted out."

Your suggestion is that he/she tells the parents about the adoption idea?

A recipe for disaster!
