I made a Payment to citizens by Computer, didn't get a confirmation #, so 20 minutes Later I attempted to pay, this time I get a Confirmation #, woke up the Next day, and had 2 emails, and 2 confirmation Numbers,
Called Citizens to correct this mistake, and they had me get a Bank Statement showing both withdrawals, get to My Insurance Agent, she will get to them and Citizens said it would take 3-5 days, called today for an update and now they say 15 Days after it is posted. The Florida Insurance Commission says they have 20 days to respond. An they can have no opinion on this, as they are Administration?
Their should be something in place to Replace the Funds as Fast as they can Suck it out.
Is their a Faster way to get my funds Back?
Anyone else I can Call who Can DO something?

Unfortunately, while normal transactions that go through the computers usually go very fast, when there is a protest and investigation the wheels turn more slowly.

And banking rules support that slowness. Why didn't you just try to do a stop payment from your bank?

I did that as well, They said because it was an ACH, Not a Debit, they couldn't do anything, I spoke with a woman at the bank today and she said they could do something if within 24 Hours, I did within the 24 hours, but the first girl I spoke with was not aware of it. Citizens actually called back and said they would "Review it" on Thursday(which is laster than they originally said I would have it back. It's a no brainer? I am in the Fire and Security Business, We have to MOVE, We can't Prairie dog, I could never get myself too move that slow?
I'll just wait and see. Thanks
