You can go back to jail and serve the complete remainder of your sentence behind bars on the felony.. just like you never got parole at all.
Its up to the judge... and for what amounts to a repeat conviction... (yes you were convicted)... they will reconsider letting you stay out, as you clearly didn't learn...
And trust me... they saw you committing the theft together... they don't drag you in on a hunch... I've worked in retail before... I know how the loss prevention thing works.

We don't know what will happen other than the possibility of serving the rest of your parole behind bars. The judge is the only one who can tell you "what will really happen."

You will in all likelihood... be looking for a new job when you get ofter you finally serve the rest of your term... unless you get really, REALLY lucky.
But that's up to the judge... and with what amounts to a repeat offense... its not looking good for you.

We may not be Judges... but its far more than Hunches we are going on.
Judges (like most law abiding people people) really don't like to see people they gave a chance with parole go out and commit more crime after they go out and commit a second crime similar to the first one... (theft).
They feel "Well this person really hasn't learned anything yet".. and they are far more likely to make them serve the remainder of their time behind bars. Instead of "lets give them a third chance, since the second chance wasn't enough."

I have spent most of my life in the criminal justice field, some working around the courts.
Some issues, did you report this to PO or did he have to find out from court. Your first phone call after being arrested should have been your PO.
Does not matter, the proof, you were found guilty, or plead guilty, so you are guilty, arging about the crime does not matter.
Most likely they will hold you for a few weeks, and put you back on probation, but they may revoke you completely and send you back to jail
