I have 2 outside GFI outlets that won't reset, I think the outlets are bad. I have tried every breaker in the breaker box, and the wires to the outlets remain HOT. I cannot find another breaker box to shut these off, any idea where I could look?

Got to be somewhere. Try again. If you pull the GFCI temporarily install a regular outlet and plug in a radio. Start turning off each breaker until radio goes off. It may be a double breaker with a shared neutral.

I want to replace the outlets with new GFCI outlets, but can't because there is 120 volts at the outlet. I will try every breaker in the panel again, but there is a box coming off the house power meter with 2 breakers in it. A 50 amp with A/C labelled and a 100 amp with MAW labelled on it.
