Yes.. They told my son since he is out of state that they need this so they can take child to dr. sign them up for sports etc.

My son is not behind in child support, They also told him not to show up for court.

By debt I mean anything done without his permission, Medical etc.

I would not sign anything without having an Attorney look it over. Emergency medical care and often medical care in general are in different categories than other expenses.

Maybe if the child needs shoes the birth parents should be consulted. If the child is sick or injured, no, someone has to seek and pay for medical treatment.

That's a rather odd queston. What exactly are the circumstances? Parents seldom worry that there are going to be unnecessary medical expenses or don't want to pay for them.

Is this asking about a consent form - I have consent forms for my stepgrandchildren for similar purposes.
