House is one story, 1 bedroom has toilet and shower and the main bathroom has a toilet shower/bathtub. These room are side by side. The kitchen has the laundry room next to it. 2 adults only have lived in house for two yrs.Prior to this the house sat empty for 2 or 3 yrs(owner died/lived there with family for like 60 yrs) It has well water, septic tank and drainfield. Problem started slowly with kitchen sink draining slowly on the garbage disposal side. Garbage disposal does not work. A)We plunge the sink when drains extra slow. Next when I would do the laundry, about 2-3 loads one day per week, sometimes the toilets would make gurgling sounds. Working on this 14 acre property produced more dirty clothes and would do 2 loads twice a week. Sometimes a little water would drain onto the floor when the water drained from the washer. At this point, 1 load of clothes put quite a bit of water on the laundry room floor and water came out of the toilet in the bedroom bathroom. We also have: B)put a hose down the vent on the roof(w/o water coming from the hose, C) Snaked the pipe in the laundry room the washer drains into, no clogs. D)Have put liquid plumber down the kitchem sinks. PLEASE, What's going on? He is talking about putting in a drainfield and or septic just for the laundry room. What would be the best course of action to take at this point? THANK YOU FOR ANY AND ALL PROFESSIONAL RESPONSES. GOD BLESS. E. Deming
