Me and this guy have a relationship and I just turned 15 and he just turned 18 and he's worried that he could get in trouble for us dating even if we're not sexual or anything on that level but the fact it's long distance.. It has put a stop to us dating and I want answer to find this law to reassure this Idea

No problem is there's no sex, and that includes not sexting and not sending explicit photos.
If your parents object, yes, he could be in trouble. If he has their permission, no trouble. If they objected and he continued to contact you it would be custodial interference, and that's a crime.

If its long distance, its not dating. But I suspect he's using the age difference as an excuse to break it off. So I wouldn't pursue it.
Are your parents aware of this relationship?

As long as your parents are aware and approve, it is not illegal, if there is no sex ( including, sexting, sex on skype and other things like that
