I have a Kenmore quiet pak2 front load washer. When I spin the drum inside or just giggle it it sounds like there is a great amount of water underneath inside my washer. Is that normal?
Thanks

No it is not normal. Front load washers are lemons no matter who makes them, unfortunately. You may have a partially stopped up drain or other problems.See if this helps: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8010163/Kenmore_Washer_Elite.pdf

Have you read the manual?
My front loader has a door on the front bottom that contains a small hose that has to be drained once in a while.

Look at these similar to your machine manuals: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8010163/Whirlpool%20Duet%20Front-Loading%20Automatic%20Washer.pdf

Most have a clean out plug on the front where you can clean out the drain filter. It may also not be draining well. Find your user manual and see if it has something like the above response. That's a good point.
