Hi guys, does anyone know how to write the words "Power" or "Shakti" in sanskrit?? I wanted to know what it would look like. Its for a tattoo. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please and thank u.

shakti meaning power, from the name of goddess shakti. शक्ति = shakti in sanskrit.

Shakti (in Roman) means power in English. In Sanskrit or Hindi (Devanagri script), it is written as शक्ति.

I am Indian, and want to know why the Europeans have so much craze for getting tattoos written in Sanskrit, even as it is on the contrary here in India, where English is much idolized!

I guess the reason for the craze is because it is unknown therefore adding a sense of mystery to it. Shakti is actually my first name.
