Me and my ex have physical joint custdy. I have had our son more than he has for a year now. It susspose to be 50/50 and its not .my lawyer told me to keep track of the day on a calendar which I have.my laywer as recently lost her license and I don't know if its true. But I also want to know if I'm intitle to at lease the benift amount he recives for our child since 4 to 10 days a month he has him and where do I go from here which not to mention he also moved farther away from the child .

First off depending on how the courts say the custody is will determine child support and "other" support. So if its 50/50 then there may not be a change until you go to court to get it changed. What state are you in and how long ago was everything decided?
