What kind of sexual stuff did you do? How old are you?
You may have an infection that needs to be treated. Either way, if it hurts when you pee and it's been going on for a bit, you do need a doctor.

You'll need an exam to check for an infection.

You need to see a doctor. Sounds like an infection and if it is, it won't go away on its own... it will only get worse.

So I won't just be able to drink a lot of water if it was like a yeast infection? Or something because it doesn't hurt as bad as before and I'm using vaginal cleansing wash when I shower

We can't really diagnose you online since we haven't seen or examined you... all I am saying is that your description sounds like an infection. It won't hurt you to see a doctor but if it is an infection and you don't see a doctor... you are looking for problems.

I sounds like you have a bladder infection. This happens to women a lot, especially when they wipe themselves and a bit of bowel movement can get near the vagina area. It then travels up to the bladder and causes an infection. You really need to see a doctor to get some antibiotics. There are over the counter pills to stop the pain called AZO, but it does not stop the infection. Also, try drinking a lot of cranberry juice to slow it down.

There are so many possibilities. It could be a yeast infection, it could be that he scratched you with his finger nail and you have a cut. While pain during urination could indicate a bladder infection, you didn't mention frequent urination, or any of the other symptoms that would indicate a bladder infection.
Either way, if this is an infection, only a doctor can diagnose and treat it. I would suggest seeing a doctor right away. Drinking lots of water won't make it go away.
Also not sure what you mean by a vaginal cleansing wash? Are you talking about douching? That's a very bad idea. The vagina is a self cleaning oven, using douche actually creates problems, it does nothing good for the vagina. Stay away from these products.
