My honda accord lxi will not start unless I have it hooked up to a battery charger and the charger is on start then it will start just fine other than that it will not start what could it be??

Bad battery would be the first thing to check.

Install a new battery, after fully charging it first. Be sure to clean the battery terminals and cable connections with a battery brush or abrasive cloth.
