I need the bracket that mounts to the fan to the ceiling. The brand name I do not know but the SKU # is 547-578 and the model # is HL42QV-WH-LC30. Can you help me?

That looks like an Home Depot SKU. Trouble is there are different mounts for different fans. Check with them first.
