I have a 6 month old child from an ex who got pregnant on purpose knowing I didn't want another child she stopped taking her birth control and did not tell me, if she is awarded support will the courts take into consideration I pay child support for 2 children currently?

Yes, the fact that you pay child support for other children will be considered in calculating your child support amount, in most places.

Yes, the fact that you pay for other children should figure into the formula, However, without knowing where you are, its hard to be definite. Any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

One piece of advice. Don't try complaining to the court that you were tricked into having a child. They won't appreciate it.

Make sure you go to court and assert your rights and you get the last laugh. Its your child also.
