Sharp pains in my abdomen very cold tired have a headache too

Take your temp and answer back WHERE in your abdomen.
Right might be appendix.
Cold might be fever.
If high, go straight to the ER.
We can't POSSIBLY guess. You could have a stomach virus or appendicitis, or a hundred things in between.
