I have a question, I am in DHS because of my 'attitude" but every human has a attitude .I am 15 years old and I am in school, all of my friends are 14-17 and have / are having baby's, and I'm not pregnant, nor do I want to be pregnant any time soon. These dhs people are making me sound like such a bad person, I feel like they should go after the kids who are really bad. I help my mom a lot with my 2 little sisters, she is a single parent ND I feel as though DHS is going to ruin our family. How do I get out of this?? I heard I can flee to jersey and because it's a different state they can't take me. Is this true? I'm from south philly. . In need of help please!!

What was your bad attitude? How was it reported to the authorities? There is more to this than you are telling.

Please don't post IDing info such as Facebook contact. It's dangerous and foolish on a public website.

No, "the authorites" can go from State to State looking for you if they are interested enough to do so. You are under age, so that would place you in foster care or a youth dentention home. I doubt you want that.

You sound like you have a lot of responsiibilities at home. What's going on?

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

Second, fleeing is not the answer. You will be marked as a runaway, confirming their classification of you as a problem. Plus how will you support yourself?

To help you, we need to understand what your attitude is, what specific problems brought you to their attention (DHS doesn't normally get involved unless someone submits a report) and what they are doing to you.
