I no someone who recive ssi and running a home daycare has a man living in her back yard that pays her 500 a mouth not only that her daycare mony and back yard money is more then the ssi and none of the money is being reported to ssi what will happen if ssi fined out

If it's all true and they find out, they will take various steps to determine how much she owes the government back.
If you are wondering if the police or FBI will come to her home - not likely; it will be done through banks and paperwork and future retirement benefits. Rarely do they arrest someone.

Good points. Be sure to be prepared for the results if you do go ask at the town hall. But you can ask anonymously, and let them decide if they want to check it out. Both are zoning issues, so you can start there. The business permit is another dept.
