My personal bank accounts were recently frozen. I helped my father with a former business that is no longer in existence and the leasing company we leased a space from was able to go to court and get a judgement resulting in this lien/ hold on my accounts. It says I was served quite some time ago but I was never served with notice of the court date ( I found out it says they served me at an address I no longer lived at when they supposedly served me). Now I just got another notice saying they were going to garnish the funds I have in my accounts. It says I can file a Replevy Bond or a motion to dissolve the writ. I have no money to consult an attorney as my accounts are frozen. I am a sole income provider for my wife and three children and have no way to support them at the present time due to my accounts being frozen and now possible all my money being taken away. How would I go about filing the items it says I can file? Thank you very much for your help.
