I have not had sex in six weeks but about 10 days ago my valva got swollen and itchy. It does not hurt to pee but it is uncomfortable

Each STD has a different length of time. You might not have an STD - there are plenty of infections you can get. Can you get to a walk in clinic (not ER)?
