Since you started your period, you are most likely not pregnant. The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period.

It is very unlikely that sex, the day before period will result in pregnancy. You can do nothing but wait to see if you get next months period, and if you miss it, wait another 14 days to test.

I would assume since you are married, you will be having sex on a regular basis. You need to get with your doctor and find proper way to track ovulation, for best chance to conceive
