I had an ultrasound which showed an ovarian cyst. The report said : right ovary: to the right is a well defined part fluod part echogenic leasion with septae measuring 42 x41 x39 mm ? Haemorrhagic cyst? Other the right ovary was not seen seperatly but presumably ovarian in origin.
What does this mean, should I be concerned? I am also 7 weeks pregnant. Thank you.

I think it is foolish and irresponsible to give very specific medical advice on the Internet the strangers when you don't know their history, haven't seen the test results, obviously haven't performed a physical exam. Your Doctor hasn't discussed this with you?
