Sir/madam I have a problem of primary azoospermia. Diagnosed after the testicular biopsy and semen analysis. I observed 10 time doner IUI BUT didn't get success. Sir is their any procedure that I have my own child rather than any doner.

Have you tried or asked your doctor about any ways to try to bring the count up? Any drugs like marijuana can inhibit sperm count as well as hot tubs and tight underwear. Anything that can overheat that area can caus it to go lower. Are you staying away from those things? Has the doctor discussed other options with you?
