Most likely. Laws vary but in most places 12 is under the age of consent. It is likely that he will be convicted of rape and be branded a sex offender.

So what if the girl is 13 and the boy is 12????
Again, it depends on local laws. Without knowing the location its hard to say positively.
So why are you asking? Having sex with a child is wrong, whether its legal or not. There are more consequences that just be jailed.

Its possible. Depends on the laws where you live and what the girl says after she gets caught.

What part of "Without knowing the location its hard to say positively." don't you understand? Laws vary from state to state, as well as from country to country.
What state or country is it in which they are located?

"Where a male person has sexual intercourse with a female person with her consent and who has attained the age of fourteen years but has not yet attained the age of sixteen, he is guilty of an offence, and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for twelve years, for a first offence and to imprisonment for fifteen years for a subsequent offence.
A male person is not guilty of an offence under subsection (1) – (a) if he honestly believed that the female person was sixteen years of age or more; or (b) if the male person is not more than three years older than the female person and the court is of the opinion that the evidence discloses that as between the male person and the female person, the male person is not wholly or chiefly to blame."

Your daughter is younger than the age specified there, so the offense would probably be more serious, however I suspect the close-in-age exception referred to above might also apply.

It is possible, but sometimes the courts will do other punishment, probation, counseling, and more.

The law doesn't seem to specify what the crime is if the female is under 14 (http://rgd.legalaffairs.gov.tt/laws2/alphabetical_list/lawspdfs/11.28.pdf). So the close in age exception may not apply in your case.
So the question now is what do you want to do about it? Can you prove the sex act occurred? Do you want the boy jailed? If so, you go to your local police and report it. Let the prosecutors decide if they have a sufficient case and want to prosecute.

Given that first the question was 15 boy and 12 girl, then 13 girl and 12 boy, and finally 15 boy and 13 girl, I have a feeling that it's the girl asking.
