I have a beagle puppy. She is 8 weeks old. I drove 2 and a half hours to get her on Monday. I got her home Monday and she puked and had diaria. I figured it was because of stress and a new surrounding. The lady we got her from told has she had her first shots and was de wormed on Thursday or Friday. The lady had been feeding them Purina puppy and would make it wet. I tried feeding our puppy that. She would eat it but wouldn't keep it down. She would drink large amounts of water. So I got her to eat purina puppy without having it water. She did real good with this. Keeping it down, etc. Then, last night, after about 10 hours of keeping food down, she started vomiting and had a case of diaria. Just once. I don't know what to do. I'm limited on money and I'm concerned that something is wrong with her.

Puppies are not pets you can have when limited in funds. She must go to a vet, because if she has Parvo she will die. We can't know why she is sick. Parvo is picked up outdoors before a puppy has had shots.
(Purina is not a brand of dog food that a good breeder would feed dogs or puppies, so I am not necessarily trusting the breeder to have had shots given. It doesn't mean you have to stop it, just that I am a bit suspicious.)

I can do nothing but agree with the above post. You need to evaluate your financial situation when you get a puppy. She will still need 2 more sets of shots which will cost you. A sick puppy can put you back THOUSANDS. You need to think about these things before committing to a dog. What happens when she needs to be spayed? Can you afford that? What about when she gets older and needs medication?
Unfortunately - you made the decision to get a dog. Now its your responsibility to own up to it and find the money to take her to the vet.
