I would go see a Doctor just to be safe.

I don't really want the specifics... but what is "back there"? How long have you had the burning, bleeding, redness? If it's vaginal bleeding from tearing it wouldn't necessarily be "red" and most people refer to that as "down there," not back there, because they do not know the proper names.

The burning could indicate a urinary tract infection - or, of course, something else.

You could also have a latex allergy - if your partner used condoms. It's very unusual for 16 year olds to be tested for STDs. Where do you live and who does this testing? I think it's a good idea. I'm just surprised you were both tested if you were both Virginia.

I think you need to see a Physician, if not now at some later time.

There are also a lot of women who post on AMHD who got pregnant when using two forms of birth control. Are you prepared to be a mother - is he prepared to be a father?

I believe its called the perineum & well the burning only last like two days after we have intercourse when I urinate . I know I don't have any type of disease or anything else because I've been to the gynecologist before I just wanted to know if its anything I should worry about because my friend had the same issue and she said it only happened her first couple of times

Bleeding can happen the first few times you have sex. But, pain when urinating, and a red perineum, would indicate that you either have a tear, an infection, or he was just way too rough.

We can't diagnose online. If this is a concern you'll need to see your doctor.
