Well this Friday and some on Saturday we went camping with some people (we have a mutual friend) so we did not know them. I really did not want to go because our friend that invited us really did not have great things to say about his friend. Well we went last minute and the first night we were there we all started to drink. These other people that were there were already drinking.. Got so drunk and things did not go well from there.

Anyway, the whole time we were there I felt like a lot of them were not respectful or talking to my boyfriend in the greatest way. Many rude comments were made and finally on Saturday I said something to my friend's girlfriend and this other guy because they had a lot of rude things to say to someone they barely knew. I know I shouldn't have yelled and said awful things but I got pretty tired of it.

My bf's so-called best friend never had his back and hardly ever spoke to us. He also sometimes said things to my boyfriend too. I felt like I had to protect him and have his back. But my boyfriend got really upset with me. He wanted me to be quiet and stop and I didn't. He then embarrassed me in front of everyone that tomorrow not to call him and beg him back. We finally decided to leave on Saturday we packed our things and left.

What could I do at this point? We haven't talked about it, what should I expect? Will he understand where I was coming from?

I think you embarrassed him by saying something and made it look like he needs you to fight his battles. Probably give it a day or 2 and then tell him you're sorry and calmly try to explain why you did what you did and that you didn't mean to step on him while doing it.

I really didn't see it that way. I feel bad. Are we broken up? We haven't even talked about it.
