Ln(4x+1)=Ln(2x+5)

use the identity:
e^{ln(x)}=x
so make both sides the exponent of e
e^{ln(4x+1)}=e^{ln(2x+5)}
then use the identity listed above
4x+1=2x+5
then I'm sure you can do it from there.
