I miscarried a week ago and am still bleeding quite heavily. Have never bled this long before. Is this normal?

Thank You. I was only about 3 weeks. That's why I find it unsual to be bleeding this much. I found out espicially early because I had unexplained bleeding.

No I have not been back. He said that everything should pass on its own and I should be fine. But I feel myself getting tired my hemoglobin level was 8 so he put me on iron pills and said that explained the weakness. But I feel more tired than every and the bleeding hasn't even teased up a little.

Time to go back to the doctor. There is a possibility you have not passed everything. This would account for the excessive bleeding.
