I've had lower right abdominal pain for the past 3 days. It is only present when I walk as my heels touch the floor and when I initially sit down. I still have an appetite and do not have a fever. I also took a pregnancy test, which came back negative. However my breasts are tender. My last menstral cycle was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I can also push on my belly without much discomfort. Should I bother seeing a doctor or wait to see if my symptoms go away?

I would wait.
But - do you have a doctor? Do you have a GYN?
Lower right can be just about anything - appendix is usually considered first - then in women, middleshmertz (mid-cycle pain), ovarian cysts, any cysts, endometriosis, fibroids, ectopic pregnancy.
But most of the time it goes away, so what I would do is make an appointment for Friday and tell the office you will cancel it if goes away.
There are other conditions of course, such as various hernias. But you just don't have enough symptoms.
