An answer on this site says that social security benefits cannot be garnished. Question: does this answer also apply to employer pension plan benefits?

This site has readers and people who ask questions that might not live in the US but elsewhere in the world and your profile doesn't say where you live. But I would try to search using Google and I am sure you can find the laws/acts that govern this situation. It might be difficult to digest, understand but give it a try. I don't know about you but I sometimes need an experienced person to help me, such as a tax attorney, etc.
