Hello, I am a 24 year old male and for the past three months I have had diarrhea vomiting and sweating spells I have no appetite and go days without eating because it makes me sick to even look at food, I have had trouble sleeping and staying asleep and I get very qwezzy if I get worked up I along with a weird feeling in my body I have no pain just this weird sickness along with that I have noticed I have been getting dry itchy patches of skin and I consistent cough and I am not sure if this has anything to do with my symptoms but I also have been very very irritable and depressed at times? I have tried multiple ant-acids and stomach meds along with Tylenol and other otc meds and nothing works!

This is completely more then just weird feelings but we can't diagnose on the internet. I suggest you see a doctor immediately if you can't eat.
