He thinks ugly quips about me in front of my friends is so smart... he has a big crush (or is in Love with my boss)... and everything we do has to be on his time table... there is NO intimacy.. at ALL... So how do I leave Him??

Depending on where you are if you pack a bag and leave and then file for divorce he will have abandonment (legal) grounds against you - and this could be a costly mistake.

You can not make anyone change.

There is counselling for him, for her, for them both. People do change - I'm not saying he will or wants to.

I'm seeing a number of threads about counselling, trying to work a problem out. I see very little about walking away (unless it's abusive, of course). What posts am I missing?

Walking out and losing her legal rights is not the solution.
