Do you mean fraud? Are you asking if Alaska will EXTRADITE to the state where the crime was committed or is Alaska will ask the state where you live to extradite?

In Alaska, from another state, or from another state to Alaska?
This is too much work to research anyway without a lot of details, so your best bet is to ask the court that handled the fraud. Is there a bench warrant? Did you do any restitution? Or are you hoping to skip?

Expedite means to handle quickly.
Extradite means to send someone accused of a crime back to the state, province, country etc where the accusations were made.

Yes you right I meant to say extradite. Right now I'm vacationing in Europe. Ones I got back to US let say to Washington state can I be extradited back to Alaka for unemployment fraud!

Sorry, I'm not an equal opportunity researcher.
While you are vacationing in Europe, the US taxpayer is footing the bill for your fraud.

Hello T:
My guess is you have a warrant. It's entirely possible that you'll be arrested when you land at ANY airport... Then you'll languish in jail while the Alaska authorities decide whether they want to come get you or not.. If they don't, after a time, the local jurisdiction will let you go... But, the warrant is still active, so you'll be arrested again, and wait in jail for Alaska to decide...

The question is whether there is a warrant for your arrest. If there is then you will be detained when you re-enter the US as excon said.
