You didn't know that pregnancy can't be diagnose over the internet? How can you not know that if you're sexually active?

I have to ask, how did you think that we'd be able to diagnose if you're pregnant or not? Pregnancy can be diagnosed with urine, blood, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. So, how would anyone on line be able to give you a diagnosis?
