Hello, my name is crystal and I'm 20 years old. I started a light pink bleeding on April 28th. It lasted from April 28 to may 2nd. I started my actual period on may 2nd and ended my period on may 5th. I am curious if it could have been implantation bleeding??
But this morning at about 3:25 I had some dull/sharp pains by my right ovary, and lighter pains by my left, and finally a light pushing sensation tword the top of my stomach. I can eat, but sometimes I feel like I will throw up but I don't. I drink a lot of liquids ( mostly water or Gatorade or koolaid) I have noticed I feel bloated, my lower back , right over back right hip hurts. My husband says I have huge mood swings, and I'm always grumpy. And my appitite is dissipating. I noticed that I'm sleeping way more than I normally do. I sleep at least 13 to 16 hours a day waking up eriodicly for bathroom breaks, food, water, etc. Another thing I have noticed is that I still have lactation from my first birth which was back in 2011 ( I was 17, had been raped, and gave my daughter up for adoption) and it's gotten a little heavier, I'm not sure what this could mean.. It's nerve racking... I could really use some help or advice please..

The so-called Pregnancy Sympotoms are usually related to other things that aren't gender specific.
Take a HPT next week and see what the results are. If that wasn't your period then enough time would have elapsed to get a reliable result.

I was going to take a test this Friday , do you think that would be a good idea? I mean ss I write this I'm feeling a tingling /little bit of a pain in my lower stomach by my left ovary. I'm not sure if I should test or wait as you suggested

The test is cheap... and at least you have something more solid than hunches or guesses.
Tests at 4 weeks after a missed period are as reliable as they get... the fact you might or might not have had a real period just over a week ago... waiting a week would put you into the two week and up period.
The mind can play all sorts of tricks that do actually effect your period.
You aren't in Virginia by chance?

No I live in Nevada. Why do u ask? And I was curious about that whole hpt testing. What would be a good brand to use to detect pregnancy the most quick and the most accurate

I asked because I used to know someone local with a very similar Username I lost contact with, but they were in VA.
I can't personally recommend a specific brand over another. Stick with the name brands at the Drugstores.. even though the Dollar store ones work too.
Earliest test to get a result would be a blood test administered by your doctor / gynecologist.

Ah. It seems like the tests get different as you move through them. I thank you for helping. Might I ask you though. With all these weird symptoms, do you think I could be pregnant? Or could it be something diffremt? What do you think?

Symptoms can be decieving... even your mind playing tricks with you. Hoping for or fearing a pregnancy both can effect your period dramatically... and make you see signs in every little thing that really isn't related.
Most of the so-called Pregancy symptoms aren't related to prenancy or even limited to women. Basically psychosomatic. Understand that and you can see how Placebos can actually work in so many people.
I'm a realist... I'd prefer to see test results before jumping to conclusions. Particularly when they are so easy to get.

Did you engage in unprotected sex?
If so, then yes you could possibly be pregnant. The symptoms you are having could be related to pregnancy or a number of other things going on in your body.
I would make an appointment your doctor. Your doctor would be able to give you a blood test.

No means of birth control is 100%. Buy a HPT and use it according to directions.

Babymama2013, yes I had sex if that's what you meant to ask. I've had these symptoms for almost a month now.
Judykaytee, I'm planning on taking the test tonight

Taking the test at night will very well give you a false negative. These tests are designed to be used with first morning urine. That is when the concentration of the pregnancy hormone, hcg, is at it's most concentrated level.

I'm going to take a hpt on the 30th. That way I know I can be positive if I happen to miss this upcoming period. I'm hoping I'm pregnant because I want my husband to finally be a father. His last girlfriend aborted the baby at two months because she was mad at him.I don't want that to happen again. I kind of want that to be his fathers day gift. If that's not to weird...
