You better find the money for a vet or you alone will be responsible for what happens to the poor animal.

Many types of Pastrami have garlic in it... garlic is a poison for dogs.

She's obviously in pain, and the only option is a vet. If you can't afford a vet, you have a few options. You can borrow money from a family member or friend, you can sell something to make the money (but do it quickly as this dog doesn't have a lot of time to wait), you can call the vet and ask for a payment plan (many vets will do this if the dog is seriously ill), or you can give your dog up to the humane society (they'll make sure she gets the medical treatment she needs, and they'll find her a home with a family that can afford her medical care).

You won't find answers online, there's no way to diagnose online. This could be a blockage, this could be something she ate, this could be a twisted stomach, it could be so many things. She needs x-rays or an ultrasound, blood work, etc, in order to determine what's causing this, and figure out a treatment.

I hate to be harsh, but if you can't afford a vet, you shouldn't have a pet. Watching an animal suffer shouldn't be an option. You are responsible for this animal, you chose to purchase her, you chose to have her in your life, and that choice comes with responsibility for her well being, her health.

Good luck.

Doxies are prone to bloat... swollen stomach may be a signs that something's twisted...

If this is indeed a bloat, NOT taking her to the vet means she's going to die slow, painful death.

Better figure out how to handle this...
